We work with Sunny on the termite side of things when her clients are either selling or purchasing their new home.  She makes sure to do her due diligence and get a 2nd opinion (especially on the buying side) to make sure her clients are not being taken advantage of.  She handles all the arrangements and always has the paperwork done in a timely manner.  You can really tell she cares about her clients and she always makes the extra effort to make sure they are taken care of.  I know her clients probably do not see the inner workings of dealing with lenders, escrow, termite companies, home inspectors etc, but it can be nightmare and she makes look like a cake walk.
