About Sunny

I grew up in Southern California for most of my life, particularly around Northern Orange County. I currently reside in Placentia with my wonderful husband of 14 years and our 3 beautiful daughters. Because of my young children, one of my core passions outside of real estate is supporting and investing into youth development. In my free time I enjoy volunteering for school programs and getting involved in other community activities.

Before working in real estate, I had an established career of over 10 years as a business owner of a large women’s apparel operation. There, I grew my expertise in handling massive production schedules, managing dozens of employees, and negotiating price and terms on behalf of the company with vendors and clients. These skills laid a solid foundation for my current career and made for a seamless transition when I obtained my realtors license in 2017. 

As of today, I am an annually top-selling agent with TNG Real Estate Consultants in Fullerton, CA with nearly 100 successful transactions and counting. My services cover a variety of real estate needs; whether you are buying or selling, when you partner with me, your satisfaction and peace of mind are made highest priority from beginning to end.
