Sunny really is a gem!! She went above and beyond to help me sell my home.  From the open house arrangements to the answering of all my millions of questions she really cared about my experience and made sure we were doing what was best for me.  She is very knowledgeable and thorough with ALL the paperwork that is necessary for a home sale and purchase.
